The Children's Cancer Center of Lebanon (CCCL) www.cccl.org.lb is a not-for-profit association for the treatment of children with cancer. CCCL is affiliated to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee; and works in close coordination with the American University of Beirut Medical Center (AUBMC).
Children at CCCL are treated free of charge, with no cost at all on their parents. Therefore, CCCL relies purely on donations; and the annual budget exceeds 12 million USD.
Survival rate for patients at CCCL is an amazing 80%; which means that it is a mission of hope and a healthy future for children.

Receptionist
Under the general guidance and supervision of the Senior Receptionist/Shift Leader or delegate, the receptionist is responsible for the reception, registration and rooming of hotel guests.
Night Auditor
- Ensuring the smooth check-in and check-out of all guests
- Dealing with all guest queries and requests in a quality and efficient manner
- Ensuring the Front Office procedures are followed correctly including Night Audit
- Responsible for ensuring the security of the hotel is maintained at night
- Ensure good communication with the team at Night and also with the Front Office team during handovers and briefings
- Daily audit transactions on the basis of set policies and procedures
- Verification and action of billing instructions and LPOs
- Checking of accuracy of Front office operations as well as actioning room rate discrepancies
- Posting of late charges and corrections to guest folios in time for express checkouts
- Verification of Food & Beverage reports as well as other operating department reports
- Transmission of credit card charges to the hotel account
- Completion of shift closing accurately by getting appropriate approval signatures and authorisation codes
- Preparation of the Gross Revenue report indicating the daily sales summary for distribution to management Ensures end of day/start of day on computer system is completed.
- Excellent command in Arabic & English; orally and written.
- Diploma or Hotel Management School Degree
- Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office and PMS (Opera & Micros)
- Excellent analytical and numerical and skills.
